We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Physical Design (IPO) to lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality IPs/blocks across the complete physical design flow. In this role, you’ll provide both technical direction and people leadership, ensuring projects are executed efficiently while meeting quality, PPA, and schedule goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including RTL, STA, DFT, Verification, and Program Management, to drive execution, resolve technical challenges, and enable successful tape-outs. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading high-performing teams, driving technical excellence, and delivering complex Physical Design projects while fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
Qualifications & skills:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.
* 15+ years of experience in ASIC/SoC Physical Design.
* Proven experience leading Physical Design teams and delivering successful tape-outs
* Strong expertise in end-to-end Physical Design implementation and signoff.
* Experience with advanced technology nodes and industry-standard EDA tools.
* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, mentoring, and project execution capabilities.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per month
