Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our furniture showroom in Thrikkakkara. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of accounting experience and hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and supporting the smooth functioning of the accounts department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions using Odoo ERP.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices and maintain accounting records.
- Handle cash, bank, and ledger entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and expenses.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding payments and outstanding balances.
- Assist in GST-related documentation and other statutory compliance.
- Generate reports and support month-end accounting activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an Accounts role.
- Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in the retail or furniture industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
