- Source and book freight loads.
- Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and customers.
- Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships.
- Coordinate shipments from pickup to delivery.
- Track loads and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records in TMS and other logistics systems.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Freight Broker (OTR/Drayage) in the U.S. logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of freight brokerage and dispatch operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight management software.
