Job Summary
Naitik Hospital & Surgical Centre is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide high-quality medical care to inpatients and emergency patients. The ideal candidate will work closely with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and patient management while maintaining accurate medical records and following hospital protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, examine, diagnose, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, Emergency, ICU, and wards.
- Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations and stabilize critically ill patients.
- Monitor admitted patients and maintain daily progress notes.
- Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries whenever required.
- Prescribe medications and investigations according to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for implementation of treatment plans.
- Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation in medical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment plans.
- Ensure infection control, patient safety, and NABH quality standards are followed.
- Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, and hospital quality improvement activities.
- Work rotational day/night shifts and be available for emergency duties.
Qualifications
- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration.
- Freshers as well as experienced doctors are welcome to apply.
- ACLS/BLS certification will be an added advantage.

Naitik Hospital & Surgical Centre एक समर्पित, जिम्मेदार एवं मरीज-केंद्रित रेजिडेंट मेडिकल ऑफिसर (RMO) की तलाश कर रहा है। चयनित उम्मीदवार अस्पताल के भर्ती मरीजों (IPD), बाह्य रोगी विभाग (OPD), आपातकालीन सेवाओं (Emergency), ICU एवं वार्डों में गुणवत्तापूर्ण चिकित्सा सेवाएँ प्रदान करेंगे। उम्मीदवार को वरिष्ठ चिकित्सकों, नर्सिंग स्टाफ एवं अन्य स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए समय पर रोग का निदान, उपचार एवं मरीजों की देखभाल सुनिश्चित करनी होगी तथा अस्पताल की नीतियों एवं प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना होगा।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)
- OPD, IPD, ICU, आपातकालीन विभाग एवं वार्ड में मरीजों की जाँच, निदान एवं उपचार करना।
- गंभीर एवं आपातकालीन मरीजों को तत्काल चिकित्सा सहायता प्रदान करना तथा उनकी स्थिति को स्थिर करना।
- भर्ती मरीजों की नियमित निगरानी करना एवं दैनिक प्रोग्रेस नोट्स तैयार करना।
- वरिष्ठ चिकित्सकों के साथ राउंड, ऑपरेशन एवं अन्य चिकित्सकीय प्रक्रियाओं में सहयोग करना।
- अस्पताल के प्रोटोकॉल के अनुसार दवाइयाँ एवं आवश्यक जाँचें लिखना।
- उपचार योजना के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु नर्सिंग स्टाफ के साथ समन्वय करना।
- मरीजों के मेडिकल रिकॉर्ड एवं दस्तावेजों का सही एवं पूर्ण रखरखाव करना।
- मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों को उपचार एवं स्वास्थ्य संबंधी आवश्यक जानकारी देना।
- संक्रमण नियंत्रण (Infection Control), मरीज सुरक्षा (Patient Safety) एवं NABH गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना।
- अस्पताल की क्लिनिकल मीटिंग, CME एवं गुणवत्ता सुधार कार्यक्रमों में सक्रिय भाग लेना।
- आवश्यकता अनुसार दिन, रात्रि एवं आपातकालीन ड्यूटी करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualifications)
- मान्यता प्राप्त मेडिकल कॉलेज से MBBS डिग्री।
- NMC अथवा संबंधित राज्य चिकित्सा परिषद का वैध पंजीकरण।
- फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- BLS/ACLS प्रमाणपत्र होने पर प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
