What You'll Do
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in ensuring they have a seamless shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries via Email and WhatsApp
- Assisting customers with product recommendations and sizing guidance
- Creating and managing Shopify Draft Orders for customers
- Processing exchanges, returns, and replacement requests
- Checking inventory availability and coordinating with internal teams
- Tracking shipments and providing delivery updates
- Resolving customer concerns professionally and empathetically
- Maintaining accurate customer records within Shopify
- Coordinating with the warehouse and production team to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the Linen Trail brand
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Speaks fluent English and Hindi
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys interacting with people and building relationships
- Is confident, positive, and solution oriented
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
- Learns quickly and is comfortable using technology
- Can multitask in a fast paced environment
- Takes ownership of customer issues until they are resolved
- Has prior customer support or ecommerce experience. This is preferred but not mandatory.

- Internal order management tools
Don't worry if you haven't used all of these before. We will train you.
Compensation & Incentives
Along with a competitive fixed salary, you'll have the opportunity to earn an additional ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 every month through performance based incentives.
