Hiring an experienced Oracle CX Techno-Functional Consultant to implement, enhance, and support Oracle Customer Experience applications integrated with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
You'll work across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end customer lifecycle processes — from Oracle CX configuration through Fusion ERP integrations, data migration, and production support.
What you'll need:
→ 6-10 years working with Oracle applications, including 3-5+ years hands-on with Oracle CX Cloud
→ At least two end-to-end Oracle CX implementation or enhancement projects
→ Experience integrating Oracle CX with Oracle Fusion ERP (Receivables, Order Management, Projects, Procurement, GL)
→ Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, Groovy scripting, OTBI & BI Publisher
