Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Expert (PPC) with a proven track record of delivering measurable business growth through paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing both SME and Enterprise-level accounts while maintaining a strong focus on ROI, campaign performance, and client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Handle campaign tracking, attribution, analytics, and reporting.
- Manage Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and data accuracy.
- Continuously improve campaign performance through testing and optimization.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools for campaign research, automation, reporting, and optimization.
- Work closely with internal teams to drive successful campaign outcomes.
- Manage high-pressure situations and resolve performance challenges effectively.
Required Skills
- 6–7+ years of hands-on PPC / Performance Marketing experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of YouTube Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.
- Strong ROI and performance optimization mindset.
- Experience handling multiple clients and diverse campaign objectives.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for productivity and campaign enhancement.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Experience with Enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong understanding of business growth, customer acquisition, and marketing strategy.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
