Role Summary
Swarnakanchi is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Manager to lead all HR functions across our retail showrooms and corporate office. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and statutory compliance while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for retail and corporate teams.
Oversee HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
Organize training programs on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and leadership.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, textiles, jewellery, fashion, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labour laws, and HRMS.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
