Job Summary
Supplier Enablement Specialist
Experience: 2–6 years supplier support/onboarding
Execute supplier outreach, registration support, connectivity tests and first-PO/Invoice hand-holding.
Key Responsibilities
- Send invites, track responses, run 1:1/pod sessions, collect master data; coordinate connectivity tests.
- Log issues, reproduce errors, and collaborate with BN/CIG/SLP teams to resolve quickly.
Knowledge & Skills Expected
Technical:
- Knowledge of SLP forms, BN account setup, cXML basics helpful.
Soft:
- Clear communication, empathy, follow-through.
Key Deliverables
- Call logs; training artefacts; certification checklist per supplier.
