JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor / Construction Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is completed safely and according to project specifications, and coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect construction work to maintain quality standards and identify defects.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely procurement.
- Resolve on-site issues and report project updates to management.
- Verify completed work before submitting for inspections or approvals.
- Attend site meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and 1-4 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
