Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases to maintain system stability and performance. You will work with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to ensure that solutions are aligned with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different systems. Collaboration with stakeholders to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of application updates.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Inventory Optimization.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D Aftermarket.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with packaged and software as a service application environments.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
