Job Description:
Suki Law Associates is seeking an experienced, well-organized candidate for the position of Admin Coordinator to manage daily office operations, client coordination, phone communication, record maintenance, typing, and computer-based administrative tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional manner
Coordinate with clients and provide timely updates
Maintain office records, files, and case-related documents
Perform typing, data entry, and document preparation work
Use computer applications for daily administrative tasks
Support advocates and office staff in routine work
Maintain documents and records in an organized manner
Required Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Prior work experience in an administrative or coordination role is required
Freshers are not preferred
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil are required
Good computer knowledge is required
Typing skills in English and Tamil are mandatory
Ability to maintain records accurately
Should be responsible, punctual, and organized
Having a two-wheeler will be an added advantage
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Salary:
Based on experience and interview performance
