We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital & Social Media Associate to manage and grow the hotel’s online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, promoting hotel services and offers, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities on social media platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Create and schedule engaging content such as:
- Posts
- Reels
- Stories
- Promotional creatives
- Event updates
- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots for hotel rooms, restaurants, events, and guest experiences.
- Respond to guest messages, comments, and online inquiries professionally.
- Promote:
- Hotel room offers
- Restaurant promotions
- Banquet/events
- Festive campaigns
- Weekend packages
- Assist in influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.

- Assist in email marketing and website content updates when required.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
