Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-driven performance marketer who can plan, execute, optimise, and scale digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid advertising, analytics, lead generation, and conversion optimization with a focus on achieving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ROI/ROAS.
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing channels.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Create A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Work closely with the content and design team for ad creatives and campaigns.
- Track conversion funnels and improve campaign efficiency.
- Stay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and digital advertising best practices.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEM, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Canva, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads / Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS, IT, travel, or FMCG marketing will be preferred.
Pay: ₹11,220.81 - ₹42,937.90 per month
