We’re Hiring: Admin Assistant | HR & Administration Department | Aifer Education Pvt. Ltd., Kozhikode
Aifer Education is looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin Assistant to support office administration, facility management, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and HR support activities.
Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode (On-site)
Timing: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday & Sunday Off)
Type: Full-time Job – Work From Office - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office opening, closing, and administrative operations
- Oversee office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Coordinate vendors, AMC renewals, procurement, and service requests
- Maintain and track company assets, SIM cards, and administrative records
- Support HR activities including ID card issuance, onboarding logistics, and employee support
- Manage petty cash, invoice processing, and administrative documentation
- Coordinate travel, logistics, meetings, and employee engagement arrangements
- Monitor infrastructure maintenance projects and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Any Degree
- Freshers can also apply
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Fast learner with a growth mindset and ownership mentality
- Valid 4-Wheeler Driving License is mandatory
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
