Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Batch Printing Assistant to support production and packaging operations by performing accurate batch printing on bottles, labels, pouches, cartons, and other packaging materials. The candidate will ensure printing quality, compliance with batch records, and timely availability of printed materials for production.
Key Responsibilities Perform batch printing on bottles, labels, pouches, cartons, and packaging materials as per approved batch documents. Verify batch details, manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number, and other variable data before printing. Ensure accuracy and legibility of printed information. Operate and maintain batch printing machines, printers, and related equipment. Coordinate with Production, Packaging, and QA departments for printing requirements. Maintain printing logs, records, and documentation. Segregate and account for printed, rejected, and unused materials. Follow GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards. Report printing errors, machine issues, or material discrepancies to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area. Required Qualifications Any Degree / Diploma / Plus Two. 1–4 years of experience in batch printing, coding, or packaging operations. Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, food, or packaging industries is preferred. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Understanding of batch coding and packaging documentation. Required Skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Good record-keeping skills. Ability to work under production timelines. Basic computer operation skills. Teamwork and communication skills. Preferred Industry Nutraceuticals / Pharmaceuticals / FMCG / Food Processing / Packaging Industries. Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
