About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of a growing multi-cuisine restaurant in Balussery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and a proven ability to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations.
- Manage kitchen, service, and administrative teams.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Monitor sales, food costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Experience as Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control, costing, and restaurant KPIs.
- Hospitality or Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.
