Position: Junior Assistant Project Manager (Interior Site Execution)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing residential interior projects at site.
- Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, installers, and site teams.
- Monitor daily site activities and project progress.
- Ensure quality standards and timely project completion.
- Track material requirements and site deliveries.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Support Project Managers in resolving site-related challenges.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in interior site execution or project coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out works and site management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within Bangalore.
Preferred Skills:
- Site supervision and execution knowledge.
- Vendor and contractor coordination.
- Problem-solving ability.
