We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team. The candidate must have strong knowledge of current fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage customers as well as coordinate with the design team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and trend-focused fashion designs.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and styling techniques.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide styling guidance.
- Handle customer management and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assign and supervise work for co-designers and junior designers.
- Manage daily design activities and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Oversee production coordination and maintain quality standards.
- Ensure smooth workflow within the design and production team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (Senior level preferred).
- Strong understanding of fashion design, garment construction, and textiles.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Leadership ability to manage and guide a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
