We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate records
Ensure a smooth candidate experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Experience in recruitment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
