Job Title: Marketing Manager – Restaurant Business
Location: Gandhinagar (On-site)
Role Overview
You will lead the entire marketing function, driving customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue growth. This role combines strategy, execution, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Create promotional campaigns (offers, combos, events, seasonal campaigns)
- Manage and guide internal team (designer, videographer, SMM, ads specialist)
- Plan offline marketing (local partnerships, events, influencer tie-ups)
- Track KPIs: footfall, online orders, ROAS, CAC
- Coordinate with operations team for campaign execution
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
KPIs
- Increase in monthly revenue
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Social media growth & engagement
Requirements
- 3–6 years in marketing (F&B preferred)
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience with digital + offline marketing
- Analytical mindset
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
