Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate gold ornaments for loan eligibility.
- Process gold loan applications and documentation.
- Explain loan schemes, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of pledged gold and loan transactions.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Achieve branch business targets and cross-sell financial products.
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure safety and security of pledged gold assets.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Gold Loan: 1 year (Preferred)
