Job Title: Showroom Executive
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Reporting to: Business head / Sales Head
Role Purpose
You handle walk-in customers and convert interest into sales.You represent the brand inside the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Handling
- Greet and attend walk-in customers
- Fix appointments with customer based on referral received.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products
- Explain features, pricing, and options clearly
Sales Conversion
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and pricing
- Stay updated on new collections and offers
Showroom Management
- Ensure showroom is clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain display standards and product arrangement
Coordination
- Coordinate with backend team for order processing
- Follow up with customers for closure and feedback
Key Skills Required
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer handling and persuasion ability

Compensation
- ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month + incentives
