Must Have Skills:
- Excellent process documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes into structured SOPs
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio)
- Number of SOPs created/updated (with AR & Credit )
- SOP quality (minimal rework and audit obser
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable and Credit Management
- Excellent process documentation and analytical skills
- Ability to simplify complex processes into structured SOPs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and reporting tools
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio)
- Completion of KT within defined timelines
- Number of SOPs created/updated (with AR & Credit coverage)

Job Responsibility
The KT & SOP Documentation Expert is responsible for effectively capturing process knowledge during transitions and converting it into detailed, structured, and high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role ensures process clarity, standardization, and knowledge retention to support smooth operations and scalability.
