Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will define architecture standards, ensure scalability, security, and performance, and guide teams through complex implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise IT strategy.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures.
Own integration architecture involving Salesforce and external systems.
Establish development standards, best practices, and governance models.
Review designs and code to ensure architectural compliance.
Guide teams on data model design, security architecture, and deployment strategies.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business vision into technical architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of overall experience with 7+ years on the Salesforce platform.
Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, limits, security, and integration patterns.
Strong experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform).
Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning, APIs, and DevOps practices.
Proven experience designing large-scale, multi-org or enterprise solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD, large data volumes, and complex integrations.
