We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to handle quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, billing, and cost control for MEP works. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage projects from estimation through final billing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, rate analysis, and tender documents.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor measurements and bills.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and budget requirements.
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Identify variations, discrepancies, and potential cost impacts.
- Maintain accurate QS documentation and project records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP quantity surveying and estimation.
- Good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, rate analysis, variation and cost control.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
