Job Title: Senior Copywriter
Job Brief: We're looking for someone who believes great creativity begins with great understanding.
As a Senior Copywriter, you'll lead creative thinking across brands, mentor junior writers, and develop campaigns that are backed by insight. You'll work on a mix of consumer, corporate and BFSI brands, translating research into powerful ideas and helping teams solve real business challenges through communication.

What You'll Do
- Lead creative development across campaigns, films, digital content, social media, presentations and brand communication.
- Conduct in-depth research to uncover consumer, category and cultural insights.
- Write across formats: from long-form storytelling to sharp digital copy.
- Simplify complex categories, particularly BFSI, into engaging and effective communication.
- Mentor and guide junior writers through feedback and creative reviews.
- Collaborate with designers, strategists and client servicing teams to elevate ideas.
- Present ideas confidently to internal teams and clients.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, branding or digital agencies
- Strong conceptual thinking and campaign development skills.
- Great writing and editing abilities.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to transform insights into creative ideas.
- Experience or willingness to work on BFSI and other research-heavy categories.
- Ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Understanding of AI-powered creative workflows and research tools.
