 Daily plant safety checklist

 Toxic Gas monitoring

 Tanker loading unloading safety

 Do preparation of water consumption report

 Identify unsafe Act and Condition

 Chemical handling safety

 Emergency response

 Chemical leakage and control measure

 Environment management system as per RPCB

 Environmental impact and aspect

 Chemical Fire fighting

 Inspection of firefighting equipment and keep record

 Occupation health and safety

 Accident and incident report

 Route cause analysis

 HIRA(Hazard identification and risk assessment)

 Hazop

 JSA (Job safety Analysis)

 Electrical safety

 Prepare SOP

 Training Job specific and SOP related

 Waste management system

 Mock drill

 Onsite and offside emergency

Academic & Professional Qualifications:

BE Fire & Safety, BSC, Diploma / Degree in any stream

Experience Required:

5- 10 years
