Job description:
Position: Account Executive
Preferred Industries: Manufacturing
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Accounting of all Purchases/Expenses
2. Filling of all documents
3. Submission & collection of documents to Bank
4. Petty Cash voucher entry
5. Preparation of PDC/immediate payment Cheques as per approval
6. Maintain Register of Cheque issue
7. Payment Advice sent to concern
8. Debit Note/Credit Note entry
9. Follow-up with Purchase/Stores for pending bills
10. TDS entries passing
11. Tracking of GRN report
12. Any other work assign as per requirement
Experience: 4 to 7 Year
Qualification: B. Com/M. Com/MBA in finance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
