We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate telecalling, excellent communication skills, and a basic understanding of construction and residential projects.
You will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and coordinating property visits to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate quality leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to potential buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Update customer information and lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain knowledge of ongoing projects, construction updates, and market trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Basic knowledge of construction, residential projects, and real estate terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM).
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Hindi is required.
- English and Odia will be an added advantage.
