Excellent English Communication
Strong spoken and written English
Good confidence and customer handling skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle customers through Chat, Email and Voice
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions
Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality
Update customer information and follow process guidelines
