Key Responsibilities
1. Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and direct outreach.
2. Present our product/service and handle client queries.
3. Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
4. Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue goals.
What We Look For

2. Good Communication: Clear verbal and written skills in English/Hindi.
3. Resilience: Comfortable with outreach, objection handling, and follow-ups.
Compensation Structure
1. Target Base: Achieve ~ 20k- 25k in monthly sales revenue to earn a 10k base payout.
2. High-Performer Tier: Exceed targets to unlock payouts up to 15k+/month.
Salary
Probation: Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹7,000 - 10,000 /month (only for freshers)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
