Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Account Manager (Fresher) to join our software sales team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and technology. The candidate will be responsible for supporting client accounts, generating leads, assisting in sales activities, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support customer onboarding and account activation processes.
Client Communication
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the sales team.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers for relationship building.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Assist in qualifying leads and scheduling product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Learn and present the company’s software products and services to potential customers.
Reporting & CRM Management
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM software.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Prepare basic sales reports and account updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of software products and technology solutions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SaaS, ERP, CRM, HRMS, or software solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to confidently communicate with clients and prospects.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with internships or projects related to sales or marketing is preferred.
