Job Overview
Apeiron International Logistics Solutions is looking for an experienced Pricing Executive – Sea & Air Freight to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international freight pricing, carrier negotiations, and preparing competitive quotations for both import and export shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Sea Freight (FCL/LCL) and Air Freight (Import & Export).
- Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors.
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers and service providers to achieve competitive pricing.
- Maintain and update freight rate databases and pricing records.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide timely and accurate quotations.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to support business development.
- Monitor market trends, freight rate fluctuations, and competitor pricing.
- Follow up on quotations and assist the Sales team in converting business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, vendors, and overseas partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to pricing and quotations.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Pricing.
- Hands-on experience in Sea Freight and Air Freight pricing.
- Good understanding of Import and Export procedures.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and freight management software.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and work within tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
