We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing and invoicing operations for our auto spares sales business. The role involves preparing customer invoices, processing sales transactions, maintaining stock and billing records, and coordinating with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely billing. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, familiarity with GST billing, and experience working in the automobile spare parts industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate invoices and cash bills for auto spare parts sales.
- Verify product codes, quantities, prices, discounts, and GST before finalizing bills.
- Process retail and wholesale billing transactions using billing or accounting software.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to confirm product availability and dispatch details.
- Maintain records of invoices, credit notes, returns, and customer payments.
- Handle customer queries related to billing, pricing, and tax calculations.
- Track outstanding payments and support follow-up for collections when required.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and updating stock movement in the system.
- Support month-end reporting and audit documentation.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
