1. Operation of HVAC Equipment
- Operate and monitor:
- Chillers
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps
- Ventilation Fans
- Exhaust Systems
- Start and stop equipment as per schedule and requirement.
- 4. Breakdown & Troubleshooting
- Identify and attend HVAC faults.
- Troubleshoot issues like:
- AHU not running
- Low cooling
- High temperature
- Pump trip
- Chiller alarms
- Airflow issues
- Coordinate with service engineers when required.
- Daily HVAC Operator Checklist
- Check chiller status
- Verify AHU running condition
- Check chilled water pressure
- Record temperature readings
- Inspect cooling tower operation
- Check pump noise/vibration
- Verify FCU operation
- Attend complaints
- Update logbook
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
