WHN Next is a technology-driven company working across digital platforms, AI, automation, creative technology, and event experiences. We are looking for a Tech Associate who is curious, hands-on, and interested in exploring technology, digital tools, AI, automation, and social media.
About the Role
As a Tech Associate, you will support the technical and digital operations of the company. The role involves working with websites, AI tools, automation, internal platforms, event technology, and selected social media activities.
You will work closely with different teams to troubleshoot technical issues, maintain digital platforms, explore new technologies, and support the creation and management of digital content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, AI, social media, problem-solving, and learning new tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology & Website
- Manage and maintain company websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Make website updates, page edits, content changes, and layout improvements.
- Assist with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tasks.
- Troubleshoot website, hosting, domain, plugin, and technical issues.
- Assist with website forms, integrations, links, and other digital tools.
- Support internal technology platforms and systems.
AI & Automation
- Explore and use AI tools to improve daily business and creative workflows.
- Assist in implementing automation solutions to reduce repetitive tasks.
- Research new AI tools and technologies that can improve productivity.
- Support AI-assisted content, research, documentation, and business processes.
- Work with different teams to identify opportunities for technology and automation.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Assist the social media team with content uploads, scheduling, formatting, and publishing.
- Support the creation of Reels, Stories, posts, and other digital content.
- Use AI and creative tools to assist with content ideas, captions, visuals, and basic video editing.
- Assist in managing and organizing digital content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Assist with technical requirements related to social media campaigns, links, forms, landing pages, and tracking.
- Stay updated with new social media trends, tools, and AI-powered content solutions.
Event & Technical Support
- Support the technical requirements of Photobooth Goa and event projects.
- Set up, test, and troubleshoot cameras, tablets, printers, Wi-Fi devices, and other event equipment.
- Assist with software and hardware testing before events.
- Provide technical support during events when required.
- Maintain equipment checklists and basic technical documentation.
General Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams.
- Research and test new software, platforms, and digital tools.
- Identify technical problems and find practical solutions.
- Maintain documentation, checklists, and reports.
- Support new technology projects and experiments.
- Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in BCA, BSc IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS.
- knowledge of JavaScript/PHP is an advantage.
- Interest in AI, automation, technology, and digital platforms.
- understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable learning new software and technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
- Willingness to work at events, including occasional evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Good to Have
- Experience with WordPress projects or personal websites.
- Knowledge of AI tools and AI-powered content creation.
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or other business platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media content creation or management.
- Basic video/photo editing skills.
- Experience with cameras, printers, tablets, Wi-Fi equipment, or event technology.
- Personal projects, websites, portfolios, or other technology work.
