Job Summary:
S2M Health is seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee daily office operations, facility management, vendor coordination, and administrative support activities. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment while supporting employees and maintaining administrative processes and records. Candidates with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and functioning smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, housekeeping, and other services.
- Monitor and maintain office inventory, assets, and stationery stock.
- Support employee onboarding by arranging workstations, ID cards, and required resources.
- Handle travel bookings, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements when needed.
- Maintain and update administrative records, invoices, and office documents.
- Address employee administrative requests and provide timely support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety standards.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- 0-1 years of experience in Administration or Facilities Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage office operations efficiently.
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: 1,80,000 - 3,00000 per annum
Working Days:
6 Days Working Culture
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
