Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within manufacturing execution systems.
- Familiarity with integration of MES with other enterprise systems and databases.
- Competence in coding, testing, and deploying software solutions in a collaborative environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
