We are looking for a sharp, high-energy, and genuinely passionate individual. You will be tossed into the deep end of end-to-end HR operations across multiple sectors simultaneously. The learning curve is steep, the pace is fast, but the professional exposure is unmatched.
Key Responsibilities
You won't be stuck doing coffee runs or just filing papers. You will actively manage and execute end-to-end HR activities, including:
- Multi-Industry Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent for completely different sectors, adapting your strategy to each industry's unique demands.
- Operations & Compliance: Assisting with payroll inputs, employee documentation, and ensuring compliance across various client frameworks.
- Client Coordination: Acting as a bridge between Keystone Collective and our client partners to understand and execute their specific HR needs.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Designing and implementing engagement initiatives tailored to diverse organizational cultures.
