About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about social media, internet culture, and online communities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and learn hands-on community management, especially on platforms like Reddit.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms, with a strong focus on Reddit communities.
- Research trending conversations, memes, and community discussions relevant to brands and campaigns.
- Engage with online communities in an authentic and brand-safe manner.
- Support the team in content planning, posting, and community moderation.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience sentiment.
- Coordinate with the creative and influencer teams for campaign execution.
- Prepare basic reports on engagement, community growth, and campaign performance.
Who We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or freshers from any stream who are eager to learn digital marketing.
- Strong interest in social media, online communities, and internet trends.
- Active users of platforms like Reddit, Instagram, X (Twitter) is a plus.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of social media etiquette and online engagement is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
