We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive with handson experience in Non-IT recruitment to handle end-to-end hiring for sales, operations, administration, finance, customer support, and other non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will manage sourcing, screening, and onboarding while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles (Sales, HR, Admin, Finance, Operations, Support, etc.).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and local networks.
- Experience in payroll management will be an added advantage
- Attendance and leave management.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic or video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
- Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or HR Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for non-technical positions.
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Quikr Jobs, etc.).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ATS/HRMS tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in bulk hiring and blue-collar recruitment.
- Knowledge of local hiring markets and manpower agencies.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
