Job Purpose
The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales by identifying prospective customers, conducting site visits, building strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle while representing Varma Homes' commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate qualified leads through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Convert enquiries into bookings by effectively addressing customer needs and objections.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all leads until closure.
- Provide accurate information regarding project specifications, pricing, payment plans, legal approvals, and possession schedules.
- Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after booking.
CRM & Documentation
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, site visits, and booking status in the CRM system.
- Ensure all customer documents are collected and verified as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Project teams for smooth processing of bookings and registrations.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market trends.
- Share market insights with the Sales Manager to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Team Support
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives whenever required.
- Assist the Sales Manager in achieving branch sales objectives.
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
