Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder priorities.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and releases for Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, supply chain leaders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance activities.
- Drive implementation and enhancement initiatives across Oracle Demand Management and Supply Planning Cloud.
- Support business processes including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, capacity planning, and S&OP.
- Partner with stakeholders on Oracle EBS/Demantra to Oracle Cloud Planning transformation programs.
- Ensure successful adoption of planning solutions through continuous improvement and value-driven delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 11-14 years of overall experience in Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Applications.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Demand Management Cloud
- Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
- Inventory Optimization
- Demand Forecasting
- Capacity & Material Constraint Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Planning implementations.
- Strong understanding of Scrum Product Owner responsibilities and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing product backlogs, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities.
- Knowledge of Replenishment Planning and Backlog Management capabilities.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS/Demantra and migration programs to Oracle Cloud Planning.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, Business, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as:
- PSPO / CSPO
- PMP / PRINCE2
- Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud Certifications
