Job Overview:
Dr. Veda Private Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory support. The ideal candidate should have experience in D2C/ecommerce/Cosmetic or Skincare industry and a strong understanding of sourcing, cost optimization, and vendor management.
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end packaging procurement strategy, planning, and execution for Dr. Veda’s product portfolio across multiple categories. Ensure cost-efficient, high-quality, and scalable packaging solutions that support daily operations of 5+ SKUs with an average order volume of 10,000+ orders per day.
The role will focus on vendor management, packaging innovation, procurement planning, cost optimization, and maintaining packaging quality aligned with the brand’s standards in the D2C beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end product Sourcing for Dr. Veda products
Handle packaging requirements for 5+ SKUs with 10,000+ daily orders
Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for cost optimization
Ensure packaging quality and brand consistency
Monitor inventory and avoid stock shortages
Maintain procurement records, MIS, and vendor documentation
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in D2C / ecommerce / cosmetics-skincare brands
Strong understanding of packaging procurement and vendor management
Experience handling high-volume operations and fast-paced environments
Good knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain coordination
Skills & Competencies
Technical: Packaging materials, sourcing strategies, Inventory Management
Soft: Negotiation, stakeholder management, leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s in Engineering/Packaging Technology; MBA in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
