VenoScorp is a UK-based custom gaming PC manufacturer and retailer. We build high-end gaming systems and sell through Amazon, eBay and our own website, with a fast-growing presence on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok. We're scaling up our content output and need a skilled editor to help us do it.

The Role
We're looking for a talented video editor to take ownership of two content streams:
- Short-form — punchy, high-retention Shorts and Reels for Instagram and TikTok
- Long-form — polished, well-paced videos for our YouTube channel (build showcases, comparisons, buying guides and more)
The core of this role is daily Reels editing, so we need someone genuinely creative — able to bring fresh ideas, hooks, pacing, effects and trends to every post rather than repeating the same template. We want an editor who makes our short-form content stand out, not just cut clips together.
Responsibilities
- Edit daily short-form Reels/Shorts for Instagram and TikTok with strong hooks and high retention
- Edit long-form YouTube videos with clean pacing, graphics, transitions and sound design
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions and effects that fit our brand
- Stay on top of current trends, sounds and formats and bring creative ideas to the table
- Colour correction, audio balancing and general polish
- Deliver consistently to deadline while keeping quality high
Requirements
- Proven video editing experience (please share a portfolio or showreel)
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent
- A real eye for short-form pacing and what makes Reels/TikToks perform
- Creativity and initiative — someone who suggests ideas, not just executes them
- Reliable, communicative and able to hit a daily posting schedule
- Good written English for communication
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
Nice to Have
- Interest in or knowledge of gaming, PC hardware or tech
- Experience editing for e-commerce or product-led brands
- Thumbnail design skills
