Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically for cable & wire products
- Identify new business opportunities, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and channel partners
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor pricing, products, and trends
- Promote products through field marketing, meetings, product presentations, and demos
- Coordinate with production and management teams for order execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & marketing targets
- Prepare regular reports on market performance, sales pipeline, and customer feedback
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Cable & Wire industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of electrical cables, wires, specifications, and applications
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and dealer/distributor management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field marketing activities
- Good knowledge of local and regional markets
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with an existing dealer or contractor network will be an added advantage
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling pressure
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
