Sample Collection & Processing
- Collect blood, urine, stool, and other specimens from patients following standard procedures.
- Label, process, and store specimens accurately.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of samples.
Laboratory Testing
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests as assigned.
- Operate laboratory instruments and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain accuracy and reliability in test results.
- Validate and report test findings promptly.
Quality Control
- Conduct daily quality control procedures.
- Follow NABH, infection control, and laboratory safety guidelines.
- Maintain documentation of quality control records.
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
- Ensure proper inventory of reagents and consumables.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain patient records and laboratory registers.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prepare and submit laboratory reports within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
Safety & Compliance
- Follow biomedical waste management protocols.
- Adhere to hospital policies, laboratory SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation activities.
Qualification:
- Diploma/DMLT, B.Sc. MLT, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration/certification as applicable.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital laboratory preferred.
- Freshers may be considered based on qualification and competency.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Sample collection and phlebotomy skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
