Job Summary:
Inrext Pvt Ltd is hiring dynamic Telesales Executives for real estate sales. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining property options, and generating qualified leads for site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities (Real Estate Focused):
- Call leads from portals, databases, and campaigns (MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.)
- Explain residential & commercial projects in detail (pricing, location, amenities)
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, investment purpose)
- Suggest suitable properties based on client needs
- Convince clients and schedule site visits
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings
- Share project details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Maintain CRM with proper lead status and updates
- Coordinate with field sales team for site visit & deal closure
- Handle objections related to pricing, location, ROI, etc.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat/referral business
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Confident and persuasive personality
- Interest in real estate sales
- Ability to handle pressure & achieve targets
- Freshers can apply (complete training provided)
- Experience in real estate telesales is a plus
Skills Required:
