Position: Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 8–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹40 LPA
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced Agentic AI solutions for enterprise Global Business Services (GBS) use cases. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI, full-stack development, and enterprise-scale system integration, with a strong focus on workflow automation, intelligent search, metadata generation, and AI-driven business process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and scale Agentic AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern orchestration frameworks.
- Build end-to-end full-stack applications integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and workflows.
- Design and implement reusable AI agent frameworks for workflow automation, intelligent search, document processing, and metadata generation.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and front-end applications for AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, ticketing systems, workflow engines, and knowledge management platforms.
- Design and optimize search and retrieval systems using vector databases and advanced retrieval techniques.
- Implement production-grade deployment pipelines using MLOps and DevOps best practices.
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across AI and software development teams.

- Proven track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions in production environments.

- Exposure to workflow automation and intelligent document processing solutions.
- Experience with RPA platforms and process orchestration tools.
